The Opportunity:
The Marketing Designer is a detail-oriented creative who delivers executive-ready work and brings best practices in the development of high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels. This role works collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex medical and clinical information into clear, engaging and compliant marketing materials that support brand awareness, product adoption and commercial growth. You will own projects end-to-end driving clarity, alignment and managing timelines while maintaining exceptional precision, brand consistency and polish.
Job Outcomes You Must Get:
- Design and produce executive-ready marketing materials including brochures, sales aids, presentations, infographics, trade show assets, email graphics, social media visuals and website content- ensuring precision, consistency and on-brand quality across every deliverable.
- Serve as a cross-functional strategic partner in shaping the creative strategy for high-impact marketing materials portraying a compelling, cohesive and effective message aligned with broader business objectives.
- Translate technical and clinical concepts into visually compelling, easy-to-understand designs for healthcare professionals, patients, and company stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of messaging, claims, citations, design and compliance with FDA regulations for advertising and promotion.
- Lead effective, cross functional working sessions to drive decisions, resolve feedback and meet project deadlines.
- Own quality control for all deliverables including proofreading, visual consistency, claim/citation accuracy and version management.
- Maintain the Electromed editorial calendar across multiple channels including print, email, and social media in close collaboration with digital marketing specialist.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in brand voice, style, tone and use across all communication channels.
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring correct color modes, bleeds, trims and resolution.
- Manage relationships with external marketing service partners on print collateral, content availability and delivery.
Job Outcomes Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience executing against creative briefs and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Microsoft Asana is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional and strategic design work for both print and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in brand stewardship, with the ability to interpret, apply, and evolve brand guidelines consistently across print and digital mediums.
- Strong understanding of topography, layout, color modes, paper finishes and preparing vendor-ready print production files.
- Knowledge of claims and trademark management with experience incorporating citations, attribution statements, disclaimers and regulatory language on materials.
- Demonstrated discipline in file organization, naming conventions and document version control.
- Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through execution, including facilitating collaborative meetings to align stakeholders, capturing decisions and driving next steps.
- Collaborative mindset and polished executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and influence alignment across stakeholders with a seek to understand approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and personal drive demonstrated through strong ownership, proactive follow-through and ability to organize, manage and complete multiple projects with limited direction to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
- Prior medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Project management experience desired.
